When people think of darts, they often picture recreation, competition, or the challenge of hitting the bullseye.
但在 Super Panda Darts Academy，我们希望大家看见飞镖的另一种可能——它不只是一项运动，也可以成为一种教育工具，让不同年龄、不同种族和不同家庭的人共同学习、彼此陪伴。
At Super Panda Darts Academy, we see another possibility. Darts is more than a sport; it can also be an educational tool that brings people of different ages, ethnicities and family backgrounds together to learn and support one another.
飞镖看起来很简单：站在线上、瞄准目标，然后把手中的飞镖投出去。然而，在这短短几秒钟里，一个人其实正在完成一连串的学习。
Darts may look simple: stand behind the line, aim at the target and release the dart. Yet within those few seconds, a meaningful learning process is taking place.
他需要让自己安静下来，专注眼前的目标；需要判断距离、控制动作和稳定节奏。飞镖投出以后，他也必须接受结果。无论命中还是失误，都要重新思考、重新调整，再投出下一支飞镖。
The player must calm down, focus on the target, judge the distance, control the movement and maintain a steady rhythm. After releasing the dart, the player must accept the result. Whether it is a successful hit or a mistake, the next step is to reflect, adjust and try again.

Learning darts involves mastering the correct stance, grip, aim and throwing technique. However, true development should never stop at technical skills alone.
当孩子计算分数时，他正在训练数学与逻辑思维；当他连续失误却愿意再次尝试时，他正在建立耐心和抗压能力；当他遵守规则、等待对手完成回合，并在比赛结束后主动握手时，他正在学习礼仪和体育精神。
When children calculate scores, they practise mathematics and logical thinking. When they make repeated mistakes but continue trying, they build patience and resilience. When they follow the rules, wait for their opponents and shake hands after a match, they learn etiquette and sportsmanship.
一个真正优秀的镖手，不只是投得准，更要懂得尊重别人、控制情绪、接受输赢，并为自己的每一次选择负责。
A truly outstanding darts player is not defined only by accuracy. A good player must also respect others, manage emotions, accept victory and defeat, and take responsibility for every decision.
在飞镖教育里，每个人都有不同的起点。
In darts education, everyone begins from a different starting point.
有些孩子第一次拿起飞镖，就能够顺利投进靶里；有些孩子可能连续几次都无法命中。有人充满信心，也有人需要更多时间克服紧张。
Some children can hit the board during their first lesson, while others may miss several times. Some begin with confidence, while others need more time to overcome nervousness.
这些都没有关系。
That is perfectly all right.
我们不会用同一种速度要求所有人，也不会只关注表现最好的学员。教育的意义，是看见每个人不同的能力与需要，在他不敢尝试时给予鼓励，在他面对困难时耐心指导，在他取得进步时陪他一起高兴。
We do not expect everyone to progress at the same pace, nor do we focus only on the best performers. Education means recognising each person’s abilities and needs—offering encouragement when someone is afraid to try, providing patient guidance through difficulties and celebrating every step of progress.
成长不一定从一次漂亮的命中开始。很多时候，它只是从一个人愿意站上线，勇敢投出第一支飞镖开始。
Growth does not always begin with a perfect throw. Very often, it begins when someone steps up to the line and finds the courage to release the first dart.

Darts is also a sport that crosses boundaries of age, gender and ethnicity.
在同一个空间里，可以有华人、马来人和印度人，可以有男生和女生，也可以有儿童、青年、父母和长者。大家的语言、文化和生活背景可能不同，却能够站在同一条投掷线上，遵守相同的规则，面对相同的目标。
In the same space, Chinese, Malay and Indian participants—boys and girls, children, young people, parents and seniors—can learn together. Their languages, cultures and life experiences may differ, but they stand behind the same throwing line, follow the same rules and face the same target.
孩子可以向长者学习经验，长者也可以从孩子身上重新感受到活力；父母不只是把孩子送来上课，也能够一起参与，在共同练习中创造新的亲子回忆。
Children can learn from the experience of seniors, while seniors can rediscover energy and joy through the younger generation. Parents do not have to remain on the sidelines; they can participate and create new family memories through shared practice.
飞镖让陌生人有机会认识，让不同世代拥有共同的话题，也让人与人之间多了一次握手、一句鼓励和一份尊重。
Darts gives strangers a reason to connect, creates common ground between generations, and encourages more handshakes, words of support and mutual respect.

This is the learning environment that Super Panda Darts Academy hopes to build—not a place that trains only a small number of competitive players, but a community where everyone who is willing to begin can find a place to belong.
我们通过儿童及青少年课程、个人与小组训练、学校分享、校园社团、亲子体验、教练培训、团队建设和社区活动，让更多人接触飞镖教育。不同的课程面对不同的需要，但目标始终一致——通过飞镖培养技术、思维、心理、品格与传承。
Through children and youth programmes, individual and group training, school workshops, campus clubs, parent-child experiences, coach development, team building and community activities, we introduce darts education to more people. Each programme serves different needs, but the goal remains the same: to develop skills, thinking, mindset, character and leadership through darts.
当一名学员逐渐成长，他不只是投得更准确，也会变得更加专注、自律、善于思考，并更有信心面对挑战。当他有能力以后，我们也希望他愿意回头帮助新人，把自己曾经得到的陪伴继续传递下去。
As learners grow, they do more than improve their accuracy. They become more focused, disciplined, thoughtful and confident when facing challenges. When they become capable, we hope they will support beginners and pass forward the guidance they once received.
每一位冠军，都曾经是一个新人。
Every champion was once a beginner.
但飞镖教育并不是要把所有人都训练成冠军。比赛会结束，分数会归零，奖杯也可能被遗忘；可是，一个人在学习过程中建立的纪律、信心、责任、尊重与坚持，却能够继续陪伴他走向人生更远的地方。
However, darts education is not about turning everyone into a champion. Matches will end, scores will return to zero and trophies may eventually be forgotten. The discipline, confidence, responsibility, respect and perseverance developed through learning will remain valuable throughout life.
我们教的不只是怎样把飞镖投进靶里，而是怎样面对目标、面对失误、面对别人，也面对自己。
We teach more than how to hit the dartboard. We teach people how to face goals, mistakes, others and themselves.
